      ~45-minute commute to the Denver Tech Center (DTC).

      ~1 hour to Denver International Airport (DIA)

      ...all with less traffic than if you live in more central areas of the Denver Metropolitan area!


      How to find us: From Kiowa, go north on Kiowa-Bennett Road (Ute Ave.) for 8.3 miles. Turn right onto CO Road 166 for 4 miles. 

      Go north on Comanche Creek Rd for 1 mile. The neighborhood will be on your left.
